Two very important points not to forget when shipping is considered:
1. Delivery occurs only on business days, Monday through Friday. 2. Pick-up or delivery days are not considered weekends, holidays or the day of pick-up.
As long as we have the products in stock, your order will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. In most cases it will take 2-8 business days (depending on the destination and shipping option) from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day your order is placed, for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT considered business days.
For all orders: The customer is responsible for receipt of items shipped from our warehouse. If we receive a package back from the shipper because time has passed and delivery was not coordinated by the customer, we will re-ship the order to the customer at the customer's expense (based on shipping method and pricing as posted on our site) with an additional $5 handling charge.
MuscleVault.com offers its customers a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return your unused, unopened products for a full refund, excluding shipping/handling charges and excluding any item that may be a "close-out" or "discontinued" product. The products item page will tell you in the pricing table if a particular item cannot be returned and notification clause will appear on your order.
In order to return any product, you must contact us first via email at customerservice@MuscleVault.com to receive instructions on how to return your products and to receive a return authorization number.
If
items have been opened, we are unable to accept them for return. This includes
boxes with nutrition bars and/or packets in them. If you received the incorrect
item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not
open the item and contact us immediately so we can advise you how to return the
order to us.
Once we receive your unopened, returned items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping. You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it. Once terms have been established between the customer and www.MuscleVault.com we will refund the total order price minus original shipping and handling charges.
All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product "Temporarily out of stock." In the event of this case, our customer service department will contact you to notify you, and ask if you would like to wait for the order to become available, or to cancel your order with us. You may also have the other products from your order shipped separately, and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse. We will always to our best to make sure our customers receive the freshest products available.
Occasionally our warehouses will run out of stock on certain items. If you have purchased a product that has run out, our customer service department will contact you via e-mail or phone to ask if you would like to wait for the item to come in, or to remove this item from your order. You will not be charged for items that do not ship to you, however if you choose to have the items shipped separately, there may be additional shipping charges added. Muscle Vault, Inc. and www.MuscleVault.com make no claim of warranty of any kind whatsoever of beyond that of a products respective manufacturer. We will do our best to assist in facilitating any warranty claim for our customers in a professional and timely manner if given ample time to do so, but a consumer always has the right to go direct to the products manufacturer and present the warranty claim to them.
